HOW CAN I BOOK A PORTRAIT?

I create fine art portraits of a wide range of animals and wildlife in a variety of styles and sizes.
I use photographs as reference, and finding out a little bit about your pet, I can create a realistic portrait full of personality that can be cherished forever.
As I work using photographs as a reference, it is vital, first of all, to have the best quality images to work with, showing best details as the fur, markings etc. If possible, it is always best to send a few photos , pointing out which one is most true to their colour.
I cannot emphasise enough that the better the photos you’ll send me, the better the portrait will be.

My waiting list can vary depending on the time of the year. Leading up to Christmas I am very busy so it’s best to plan your portrait well in advance. If there’s a certain deadline like a birthday or a special occasion, please let me and I’ll do my best to accomodate it.

Because of the amount of enquiries I receive, I always ask for a non–refundable deposit and this will confirm and hold your slot for you, The remaining balance can be paid once the portrait will be ready. Payments can be made both by PayPal or by card if you prefer.

Postage within the UK is already included in the prices. Shipping is available WORLDWIDE and is calculated in relation to the size and quantity of the commission. All my portraits are posted using Royal mail Tracked service / International Tracked. All portraits are insured in transit under Royal Mail’s terms & Conditions.

About Me

My name is Alice Deidda & I’m a Pet portrait artist from Sardinia, Italy but now based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Since the day I can remember, I have always loved art & animals. In 2010 I studied and graduated at the art school Foiso Fois in Cagliari, Italy. In 2016 I’ve decided to move to Edinburgh to pursue my dream & I’m now a specialised Pet portrait & Wildlife Artist and I absolutely love it!

During these years, I’ve been exhibiting at different events all across Scotland, such as The Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show, The Dog Lover Show, Pet Fete Scotland and various Crafters Roadshows.

Over the years, I’ve got commissions from clients worldwide including USA, Canada, Italy, France, Norway, Australia, Malaysia, Ireland and all over the UK.

You’ll also be able to find some of my art at The Leith Collective Store located at the Fort Kinnaird Park in Edinburgh.They are a unique retail space that supports over 300 artists from all over Scotland.
